AgnTho’s was founded in 1995 and has since then expanded its product range to support the biomedical research industry. Our backgrounds in research and everyday practice in laboratories at Karolinska Institute, has given us a broad network that has contributed to our success.

1997
David Kopf Instruments was one of the first suppliers to join the new started company.
1997-2001
AgnThos partners and helps Univentor Limited in design and developing their anaesthesia and syringe pump line.
1998-2004
AgnThos is an integral part of several research educations at the Karolinska Institute.
2007
Johan Eliasson and Johan Ring joins the company.
2007
AgnThos signs agreement with Primetech Corp for distribution of the iPRECIO Implantable Infusion Pump.
2008
AgnThos first professional printed catalogue “Surgical Instruments 3” is released.
2011
A new website with a fully functional webshop is launched

“Surgical Instruments 4” is released.
2012
AgnThos sign agreement with Durect Corp. (Now ALZET LLC) regarding distribution of the ALZET Osmotic Implantable Pump.

Agnthos moves to new location in Lidingö, just outside Stockholm
2014
AgnThos sides with Stille AB for distribution of their high-end surgical instruments for the pre-clinical research market.
2016
AgnThos signs agreement with RapID Lab, Inc. for distribution of their polymer 2D Ear Tags in Europe.

AgnThos last printed catalogue “Product Catalogue 5” is released.
2019
AgnThos sides with FST (Finescience Tools) as their preferred instrument supplier.
2021
AgnThos launches a completely new website and webshop, fully responsive build in Prestashop.
