Automatic Motorized Frame
This fully automated stereotaxic instrument combines high precision (1 μm) with intelligent software to simplify and improve stereotaxic procedures.
The software includes built-in rat and mouse brain atlases, allowing the user to easily visualize and monitor the probe position in relation to specific brain regions. Automated functions for tissue removal and injection procedures help improve consistency while reducing the risk of errors and tissue damage associated with manual operation.
For added safety, the system also features an anti-collision function designed to prevent unintended movements that could harm the animal or interfere with the procedure.
The result is a precise, efficient, and user-friendly system for automated stereotaxic procedures.
The Automated Stereotaxic Instrument combines motorized stereotaxic positioning with integrated software to provide a precise and efficient platform for advanced neuroscience research. With a positioning accuracy of 1 μm and real-time visualization of the probe position in the built-in rat and mouse brain atlases, the system simplifies targeting and helps improve experimental consistency.
The software supports a wide range of automated procedures, including single- and multi-point injections, tilted trajectories and more. Automated coordinate calculations and one-click movement to defined target positions reduce the need for manual calculations and repetitive adjustments during stereotaxic procedures.
The system is suitable for applications such as small nuclei injections, viral vector delivery, implant positioning and calcium imaging. Optional dual manipulators also enable bilateral procedures within the same setup.
